Sometimes an event may be cancelled or rescheduled by the promoter, band or venue.
Should this happen, we will contact you by the e-mail address you provided when purchasing tickets.
Returns details will also be available on the event page should an event be cancelled or postponed.
Returning Tickets Purchased On This Site:
Refunds on tickets bought on this site for a cancelled or rescheduled event are available by returning the tickets along with your contact and credit card details to enable us to credit your account. DMC Promotions will contact you directly should an event be cancelled or postponed to provide you with the option of returning your tickets for a full refund. We will provide a specific returns address at this time.
