1. DMC Promotions offer no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of the information on our web site.

2. DMC Promotions reserve the right to change any of the information on this site at any time without notice.

3. DMC Promotions accept no liability for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use or inability to use the information on our site.

4. DMC Promotions' ticket allocation policy allows tickets to be purchased based on purchaser's choice on our 'Ticket Sales' page for shows which have been allocated 'online ticket sales' status.

5. Orders processed On-line may be subject to a per ticket handling fee as stated on the 'Online Ticket Sales' page to cover credit card transaction costs and ticket postage. This cost will be detailed, if applicable.

6. DMC Promotions will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made. Except in the case an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

7. It is the purchaser's responsibility to allow ample time for delivery of tickets. DMC Promotions endeavour to dispatch tickets within 48 hours of the order being placed.. We do not accept responsibility for late delivery of tickets once they have been dispatched.
